• Provide an effective and efficient administrative support
  • Work with the Company Nurse/CSR on all matters relating to Admin & Facilities
  • Admin Work such as but not limited to:
    • Photocopy
    • File
    • Answer telephone queries
    • Sort/distribute mails
  • Assist/Direct visitors, clients and applicants to proper individual
  • Arranges daily meeting room calendars
  • Performs other tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any course
  • 6 months of working experience in the related field but open to fresh graduates
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and dependable
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule, weekends and PH holidays
  • With pleasing personality
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Amenable to work in BGC Taguig
