- Assists in the daily operations of hardware tending to user issues, software installations and internet connectivity problems among any other technical related issues that may arise.
- Assists in the management and monitoring of all the company’s hardware; documenting each user or temporary owner and tracking pieces as needed for inventory purposes.
- Will work closely with Satellite Office vendors and building Engineers to resolve issues most effectively.
- Responsible for nightly backups of servers, weekly backups, domain user, website backups.
- Perform other duties or responsibilities required by immediate supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related
- At least 1 – 2 years working experience in the related field
- Amenable to work in BGC Taguig
- Can start ASAP
