Duties and Responsibilities

  • Building insights with our customer and prospect data, through providing data analytics and business support.
  •  Create, augment, and enhance the databases and analytics that power acquisition and retention marketing efforts.
  • Identify and develop new segmentations & database opportunities for outbound marketing efforts.
  • Turn customer centric data into a consolidated data warehouse with metrics, analytics, predictors, and insights that guide digital marketing efforts.
  • Support the team of Sales and Marketing with database management, reporting, analysis, data maintenance and quality.
  • Develop advanced segmentation, and ad-hoc marketing analysis
  • Lead, coach and support the marketing team.
  • Provide insights on campaign performance and lead lifecycle analytics.
  • Identify and develop new segmentations & database opportunities for outbound marketing efforts

 

Requirements:

  • College Graduate or must have completed a University Course/ Program with major in Marketing, Business or any other related courses
  • Should have at least proven background in marketing
  • At least 5 to 7 years of work experience in a similar role and creation/ implementation of database management and clear understanding of segmentation in a marketing and sales environment
  • Experience in outbound call center environment and B2B sales environment is preferred
  • Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience in dealing with Australian or UK customers is preferred
  • Experience in energy or utility background is preferred
  • Should be highly proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Should be able to manage performance of team and meet the standards set by the clients
  • Problem solving and analytical skills, including the ability to identify issues and suggest solutions
  • Should be highly organized and attentive to details
  • Strong presentation and project management skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, self-motivated, confident
  • Ability to think quickly and work independently
  • Must be flexible to work mornings and good to work in shifting schedules including but not limited to holidays
