The Role

Are you an online marketing expert who wants to be rewarded for your great work? Look no further. We are seeking an SEO/SEM Manager who will play a vital role as part of an in-house digital marketing team.



  • Create and implement cohesive SEO strategy and recommendations
  • Perform keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation
  • Work with the digital marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
  • Hands on implementation and analysis of SEO campaigns
  • Conducting SEO Audits, keyword research, and content optimisation
  • Reporting the performance of campaigns, and developing ways to improve results
  • Presenting monthly results and recommendations
  • Consulting with any external suppliers as needed for specific SEO work
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends



  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  • Integrate strategies and recommendations into other active marketing channels
  • Reporting the performance of campaigns and developing ways to improve results
  • Hands on implementation and analysis of SEM campaigns
  • Track and analyse campaigns to identify optimisation opportunities:
    • Develop and test new keywords
    • Refine acquisition funnel (via landing pages linked to their keywords all the way to the registration form stage)
    • Identifying “re-targeting” opportunities for leads generated via PPC campaigns


The Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and professional competencies:

  • Passion for SEO, SEM and overall online marketing
  • Proven record of managing effective SEO & SEM campaigns, with at least 4 years recent experience in the industry
  • Excellent knowledge of the latest online marketing trends, tools, and strategies
  • Outstanding copywriting, communication and analytical skills
  • Exceptional ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems
  • Adept at Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and other digital marketing platforms
  • High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • University degree qualified, preferably in a related discipline
  • Has “can-do” attitude, is results-oriented and a great team player
