CEO & Founder

Michael McRitchie

Michael has significant international, business transformation, e-commerce, advisory and broad executive management experience.

Michael is a proven and highly effective public and private company executive with 23+ years of experience in service based sectors, B2B, eCommerce, international online wagering, sports betting and gaming.

Before establishing Satellite Office, he was the former CEO of DealsDirect, Australia’s largest online department store, where he managed the group restructure, including the offshoring of its 40 seat customer service operations to the Philippines.

Prior to DealsDirect, he was the former Managing Director of Centrebet, an ASX listed leading global online wagering and gaming operator, for 7 years, managing the company’s operations across 8 countries.

Earlier in his career, Michael served as KPMG Corporate Finance’s Associate Director (Sydney and London) for 10 years.

Group Chief Financial Officer

Denise Fourie

Denise has 13 years of experience as CFO and 3 years of board experience in large organizations with significant operational complexity and scale.

Denise Fourie is Satellite Office’s Group Chief Financial Officer, reporting to CEO and Founder, Michael McRitchie. As Group CFO, Denise oversees all financial aspects of the organization and its entities across all its territories, currently the Philippines, Australia, and the US. A key member of Satellite Office’s Global Executive Team, she provides support and assistance with crucial commercial decision-making and ensures the delivery of the company’s strategic plan.

Denise has 13 years of experience as CFO and 3 years of board experience in large organizations with significant operational complexity and scale. Prior to Satellite Office, Denise was CFO at Seafolly P/L and previously at AutoZone South Africa and Nando’s South Africa, where she was part of leadership teams that enable high growth and long-term value creation for shareholders.

Highly collaborative and driven, Denise is passionate about building high-performance teams and creating meaningful relationships within the organization. She believes that the best teams are enablers of commercial success across all levels of the company, working side by side and cross-functionally.

Josh Walther

Josh is a senior leader with a wealth of experience across sales, customer success, operations, partnerships, strategy, and management consulting.

Josh Walther is Satellite Office’s Chief Growth Officer, reporting to the CEO and Founder, Michael McRitchie. As CGO, he oversees the entire growth function of the organization, leading sales, marketing, branding and client growth.

Awarded Customer Experience (CX) Executive of the Year by the Customer Service Institute of Australia in 2015, Josh is a senior leader with a wealth of experience across sales, customer success, operations, customer service, partnerships, strategy, and management consulting.

Prior to Satellite Office, he was Chief Customer Officer at Tyro Payments for 6 years. Previously, he was Head of Direct Distribution at ING DIRECT Australia, where his team were awarded the Best Contact Centre in Australia.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours – First Class) from the University of Technology, Sydney and completed the Stanford University Executive Program for Growing Companies in 2019.

Jeff is a highly experienced senior executive having worked for over 20 years in the Philippines BPO/offshoring sector.

Jeff is a highly experienced senior executive having worked for over 20 years in the Philippines BPO/offshoring sector. Jeff is responsible for all operations and support services performed in Manila for Satellite Office, with the Manila based executive team and staff all reporting into Jeff. He works in close partnership with Michael McRitchie, our Founder & CEO, who is based in our Sydney office. Together they ensure there is strong communication and integration between the Manila based operations team and the Australian based consultative business development with high-end account management.

Damien Sydney

Damien has wide management experience encompassing business, operations, sales, leadership, customer service, team management and SaaS applications.

Damien has a wide management experience encompassing business, operations, sales, leadership, customer service, team management and SaaS applications. Having worked in Asia for over 10 years, he has a unique understanding of cross-cultural relations and he is comfortable dealing with Senior Level Executive Management.

With a deep understanding of and experience in database management, CRM, project management, team management and sales, Damien is able to achieve organisation objectives. As a motivated leader, he knows how to bring the best out in people, systems, & processes to build business, growth and sales opportunity.

Having worked in the BPO industry for the majority of her career, Jenny has a solid track record of helping businesses from various sectors successfully leverage offshoring to scale and future-proof their operations.

Jenny has over 15 years of business development and management experience. Having worked in the BPO industry for the majority of her career, she has a solid track record of helping businesses from various sectors successfully leverage offshoring to scale and future-proof their operations.

As Satellite Office’s VP for North America and Europe, Jenny’s focus is to reinforce our footprint in these regions and champion our prospective and current clients’ growth ambitions.

Highly consultative and results-driven, Jenny is an agent of change and growth to all clients she engages with. She has a strong passion for helping companies realize strategic business initiatives and ultimately succeed in their market.

Nicola Ker

Nicola brings 16 years professional experience having spent the majority of her career in client account and brand management in London and Sydney.

Nicola brings 16 years professional experience to the Executive Team at Satellite Office. Having spent the majority of her career in client account and brand management in London and Sydney, Nicola has acquired a broad range of skills based around market positioning, building brand awareness, client servicing and project management. Using this background another key function of Nicola’s role is to work across selected marketing initiatives.

Her capability has derived largely from senior account manager positions in specialised marketing and public relations agencies where her clients included Diageo Australia, Bayer, Wrigleys and Molton Brown.

Nicola has worked with global and domestic companies, large and small, on strategy and branding across a wide range of industries which has developed her knowledge of business with a strong customer focus.

Working in media relations in both the UK and Australia, she has excellent communication and organisational skills and is able to adapt promptly to changing environments with multiple stakeholders while achieving overall objectives.

Clinton Marsh

Clinton is the Chief Technology Officer who oversees and assists senior management and clients to identify, quantify and manage end-to-end IT operational risks.

Clinton Marsh is the Chief Technology Officer who oversees and assists senior management and clients to identify, quantify and manage end-to-end IT operational risks. He is responsible for business critical IT systems such as voice and data architecture, IT infrastructure, Network Operations Center (NOC), operational planning, and customer systems integration among others. He also assures that technical operations risk frameworks are in place providing adherence to external auditing entities.

Clinton previously worked for tech giants Apple Inc. and Google Inc. where he managed projects involving global network engineering. In the same field, Clinton also worked for T-Mobile and SBC Communications supporting digital network infrastructure. Clinton has international experience during his stint in Access Node Communications having been assigned in South Korea and the Philippines. While working abroad, he was the Network Services Manager wherein he was responsible for day-to-day operations, development of trouble management systems, and the development & training of those under the Offshore Leadership program.

Michelle Cook

Michelle is a seasoned marketing leader with a proven track record of building brands and developing digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Michelle Cook is Satellite Office’s Head of Growth Marketing. Reporting to Chief Growth Officer Josh Walther, she spearheads the business’ overall marketing strategy and execution plan to achieve growth targets.

Michelle is a strategic and hands-on Senior Growth Marketing leader with 17 years of experience in both B2B and B2C marketing at global and regional levels. She is highly driven and commercially focused, specialising in building brands and creating digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, product marketing and leadership, especially with digital media platforms in a performance marketing context.

Prior to Satellite Office, she was Head of Growth at JobAdder. Previously, she also held senior marketing leadership positions at eharmony, TOGA, and Rabobank.

General Counsel

Freddie Gollan

Freddie has extensive commercial law experience, having led the legal function of rapidly growing companies operating in ANZ, Europe, and North America.

Freddie Gollan is Satellite Office’s General Counsel, reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer, Denise Fourie. As General Counsel, he oversees and identifies legal issues across Satellite Office’s operations ensuring the business continues to provide high end services in a sustainable and risk appropriate manner. Day to day Freddie manages legal processes, provides legal opinions, negotiates contracts on behalf of the company, and provides strategic corporate advice.

Freddie has led the legal functions of high growth companies operating in ANZ, Europe, and North America. He has extensive commercial law experience with specialties in commercial property, commercial disputes and regulatory matters, supply chain procurement, and marketing in both regulated and unregulated industries.

Prior to Satellite Office, he was Senior Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at Nous Group, and before that, a private practice solicitor at Clayton Utz, and in-house counsel to Australia’s largest general insurer.

Freddie completed his double undergraduate degree of Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Asia-Pacific Studies (Southeast Asian studies and Indonesian), and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at The Australian National University.

He and his staff manage all candidate sourcing and placement across Satellite Office’s client base and works closely with the senior Executive Team, Human Resources and Account Management teams in Sydney and Manila.

Jeffrey has over 11 years of solid experience in the outsourcing industry, including stints with Stellar and Sitel. His expertise includes client services, account and relationship management, project implementation, and data analysis of operations performance. He has managed multiple successful initiatives in Latin America and the Philippines, which included 1,400 FTEs with a $23M wallet share.
